How do I know when I am ovulating?

The predicted ovulation day you see in the calendar view is just an estimate, which is why we should you an ovulation window instead. For precise ovulation tracking, we recommend using commercially available ovulation/Luteinizing Hormone (LH) tests. You will be able to log the results of these tests in the app in future versions. It's crucial to note that theblood app is NOT certified as a contraceptive device, and the predicted ovulation date/window should NOT be relied upon to prevent pregnancy. The app provides an estimation based on the data you input, but it is NOT clinically validated.
